At Haiku Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our eco-friendly home furnishings. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
Pack with Care
Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions, to ensure it is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the box and attach the prepaid or standard shipping label to the largest surface of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund or store credit minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
