What is the typical lead time for shipping?
Most in-stock items ship within 3 to 5 business days. Custom furniture or items requiring specialized freight handling may take 4 to 8 weeks for delivery depending on your location.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery services?
Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery for an additional fee. This service includes inside delivery to your room of choice, assembly of the furniture, and removal of all packaging materials.

What is your return policy for furniture items?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original, unassembled condition and in the original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.
Do you provide swatches or material samples?
We understand that choosing the right fabric or wood finish is important. We offer material swatches for many of our upholstery and wood collections to help you make an informed decision.
Are your platform beds compatible with all mattress types?
Our platform beds are designed with solid or slatted support systems that are compatible with memory foam, latex, and traditional inner-spring mattresses without the need for a box spring.
